Refund policy

(in compliance with the Philippine Consumer Act)

At MOTE we check every order with care. If you receive a product that is defective wrong or damaged we will make it right.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchange

Under the Philippine Consumer Act RA 7394 and DTI Fair Trade guidelines you may request a return or exchange only if:

  • The item is defective damaged or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within seven 7 days from delivery.
  • The product is unused unwashed and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You provide proof of purchase and an unboxing video.

MOTE does not accept returns and exchange for:

  • Change of mind or change of size
  • Normal wear washing or damage from mishandling after delivery
  • Items bought during sale or promotional events unless defective damaged or incorrect upon receipt

Process

  1. Email motephilippines@gmail.com within 7 days from delivery.
  2. Include your order number a short description and your unboxing video.
  3. Once verified we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.

Refunds

As allowed by Philippine law refunds are issued only if a replacement of the same kind and value is not available. We do not offer store credit or refunds for reasons not covered by the Consumer Act.

Inspection and Timeline

After we receive and inspect the item please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. We will email you once your replacement ships or when a refund has been arranged.
