Shipping and Delivery
Where do you ship
We ship nationwide within the Philippines through trusted courier partners.
How long will it take to receive my order
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Usual delivery times are
- Metro Manila 2 to 4 business days
- Luzon 3 to 6 business days
- Visayas and Mindanao 5 to 8 business days
Can I change my shipping address
Yes as long as your order has not been shipped. Email us right away at motephilippines@gmail.com.
Do you offer same day delivery
Not at the moment. Each order is carefully packed to arrive in good condition.
Returns and Exchange
Can I return or exchange my order
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are defective damaged or incorrect. The request must be made within 7 days from delivery. Items must be unused unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
How do I request a return or exchange
Email motephilippines@gmail.com within 7 days from delivery. Include your order number a short note and clear photos. If the item arrived damaged or incorrect please attach an unboxing video so we can verify the concern and approve the replacement.
Do I have to pay for return shipping
Return shipping is shouldered by the customer. For verified defective damaged or incorrect items MOTE will shoulder return shipping and the reship of the replacement.
Do you offer store credit or refunds
We do not offer store credit. If the same item is not available for replacement a refund may be issued as allowed by the Philippine Consumer Act.
How long does processing take
Once the returned item is received and inspected please allow 7 to 10 business days for processing. We will email you once the replacement is on the way or when a refund has been arranged.
What cases are not eligible
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind change of size items used or washed and items bought during sale or promotional events unless defective damaged or incorrect upon receipt.
Product Info
Do the nightdresses or tops have pad slots
No. Our designs are made to feel light and natural on the skin. We suggest nude or skin tone undergarments for a smooth look.
Are the pajamas see through
Muslin cotton is lightweight and breathable. It can be slightly sheer under direct light but not transparent when worn with nude undergarments.
Will the fabric shrink
A little natural shrinkage may occur on the first wash. Please follow our care guide.
Fabric and Care
What fabric do you use
We use muslin cotton known for its natural texture airy feel and relaxed drape. It is kind to the skin and becomes cozier over time.
How do I wash my MOTE pieces
- Hand wash only
- Use mild detergent and cold water
- Avoid bleach and fabric softeners
- Do not tumble dry
- Lay flat or hang to dry in shade
- Steam or iron on low if needed
Can I use a washing machine
We recommend hand washing. If needed use a delicate cycle and place the garment inside a laundry bag.

What sizes do you offer
We currently offer Medium Large and X Large.
How does the fit feel
The fit is relaxed and easy. The fabric drapes gently and gives room to move while keeping a clean shape.
What if I am between sizes
If you prefer a loose and cozy feel choose the larger size.
Orders and Payments
What payment methods do you accept
You may pay through online bank transfer to our BPI or RCBC account and through GCash. We are working on accepting credit cards debit cards and other e wallets on our website. Cash on delivery is not available on the website. If you prefer cash on delivery you may order through TikTok Shop.
Can I cancel my order
You can cancel within 24 hours after placing your order as long as it has not been shipped. Email motephilippines@gmail.com and we will assist you.
I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there send us a note and we will confirm your order details.
Do you offer gift wrapping
All products include a signature fabric pouch. You may add a short message at checkout and we will handwrite it on a note card for you.
